Four further deepening days
For
those of you with 2 days or more NVC training, these 4 days will assist in
deepening and developing your NVC skills. They can be taken as stand-alone
workshops or as a block of two or more.
Just
Listen to Yourself Monday 19
March
Deepen
your self empathy practice as an essential foundation for incorporating NVC
into the ups and downs of your everyday life. This day will provide loads of
practice opportunities and use of the Self Empathy Dance Floor.
What’s
Holding You Back? Saturday 5 May
Discover
more about the core beliefs that are
holding you back from living life to the full and start to transform them. Core
jackal beliefs are often present when we find ourselves painfully triggered and
unable to access our NVC skills; e.g. ‘I’m not worthy’, ‘I can’t trust anyone’,
‘the world is not safe’. We will work with your own situations and learn a
process you can take forward.
From
Misery to Magic Sunday 23
September
A
chance to experience transformation of some deep pain that may be following you
around and to learn first hand the power of the Dance Floor “Transforming the
Pain of Unmet Needs into the Beauty of Needs”.
Happy
Christmas??? Thursday 6 December
The
festive season is full of opportunities for triggers e.g. the pressure to buy
presents, be with family and be happy. This, combined with the darkest days of
the year can lead to loss of our giraffe consciousness and misery. This day
will focus on putting strategies into place to keep those giraffe ears on!
